DECISION
of Central Election Commission
of the Republic of Azerbaijan

on the approval of Instruction on collection of voters signatures in support of approved candidate and their submission to Constituency Election Commission and considering invalid of final protocol on collection of voters signatures in support of the candidate nominated on candidate`s own initiative, by voters initiative groups, political parties or political party blocs during Elections to the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan

Pursuant to Articles 23.3, 19.4 and 28.4 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Articles 3.5 and 3.6 of the Law on the approval and enforcement of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated on May 27, 2003,Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC)
d e c i d e s:
1. Instruction on collection of voters’ signatures in support of approved candidate during Elections to the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan and their submission to Constituency Election Commission shall be approved in new edit.
2. Final protocol on collection of voters signatures in support of the candidate nominated on candidate`s own initiative, by voters initiative groups, political parties or political party blocs shall be considered invalid.
