DECISION
of Central Election Commission
of the Republic of Azerbaijan
on the approval of Rules
for relevant election commissions to check the
accuracy of the information in signature sheets
and documents provided by candidates, political
parties and political party blocs and on consideration
of Act sample on checking the accuracy of signatures
in signature sheets invalid in Elections to the
Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan
Pursuant to Articles 25.3, 19.4 and 28.4 of Election
Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Articles
3.5 and 3.6 of the Law on the approval and enforcement
of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan
dated on May 27, 2003,Central Election Commission
of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC)
d e c i d e s:
1. Rules
for relevant election commissions to check the
accuracy of the information in signature sheets
and documents provided by candidates, political
parties and political party blocs in Elections
to the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan
shall be approved.
2. Act sample on checking the accuracy of signatures
in signature sheets shall be considered invalid.
