of Central Election Commission
of the Republic of Azerbaijan

on the approval of Regulation for the Working Group established by the Constituency Election Commission (Con.EC) to check the accuracy of the information in signature sheets and election documents provided to the Con.Ecs for candidate registration in Elections to the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan

Pursuant to Articles 25.3, 19.4 and 28.4 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Articles 3.5 and 3.6 of the Law on the approval and enforcement of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated on May 27, 2003, Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC)
d e c i d e s:
Regulation for the Working Group established by the Constituency Election Commission (Con.EC) to check the accuracy of the information in signature sheets and election documents provided to the Con.Ecs for candidate registration in Elections to the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall be approved.
