on the approval of Instruction on rules for the establishment of voters initiative groups, candidate nomination on citizens` own initiative or by voters initiative group in Elections to the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan

Pursuant to Articles 25.3, 53, 19.4 and 28.4 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Articles 3.5 and 3.6 of the Law on the approval and enforcement of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated on May 27, 2003, Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC)
d e c i d e s:
Instruction on rules for the establishment of voters initiative groups, candidate nomination on citizens` own initiative or by voters initiative group in Elections to the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall be approved.
