DECISION
of Central Election Commission
of the Republic of Azerbaijan

on considering some constituencies as newly established Constituency Election Commissions because of changes made in the borders Constituency Election Commissions without changing their composition

Pursuant to Articles 29, 19.4 and 28.4 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Articles 3.5 and 3.6 of the Law on the approval and enforcement of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated on May 27, 2003, by considering suggestions of the commission of experts under CEC on de-limitation of constituenciesCentral Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) d e c i d e s:
Because of partly changes made in the borders of some constituencies, these following constituencies shall be considered as newly established Constituency Election Commissions (Con.ECs) without changing their composition and names of constituencies, number of voters shall be determined as follows:

1. Sabirabad Con.EC # 63 shall be considered as Sabirabad first Con.EC # 63 (number of voters – approximately 37000);
2. Sabirabad-Saatli Con.EC # 64 shall be considered as Sabirabad second Con.EC # 64 (number of voters – approximately 36000);
3. Sabirabad-Kurdamir Con.EC # 65 shall be considered as Saatli-Sabirabad-Kurdamir Con.EC # 65 (number of voters – approximately 14000, 6000, 12000).
