of Central Election Commission
of the Republic of Azerbaijan
on considering
some constituencies as newly established Constituency
Election Commissions by considering changes made
in the names and number of voters (according to
the norm of representation)
Pursuant to Articles 29, 19.4
and 28.4 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan
and Articles 3.5 and 3.6 of the Law on the approval
and enforcement of Election Code of the Republic
of Azerbaijan dated on May 27, 2003,Central Election
Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC)
d e c i d e s:
In accordance with relevant CEC decisions, without
changing the composition of some Constituency
Election Commissions (Con.ECs) and taking their
names and the number of voters there (related
to the compatibility with the norm of representation)
into consideration, these Con.Ecs shall be considered
as follows:
