COMMENT
on the usage of de-registration card for voting
(voting card) during Municipal Elections
The rules for usage of de-registration (voting)
card by the voter with active suffrage during
Presidential Elections and Elections to the
Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan were
deifned by Article 101 of the Election Code
of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Comments “On
the rule for the issue of de-regisration (voting)
card “ approved by Decision # 11/70 of the Central
Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan
dated on July 12, 2003 and “On the usage of
de-registration (voting) card during Elections
to the Milli Majlis” approved by Decision #
11/69 dated on July 30, 2004.
Application of these rules is possible only
within the territory of the municipality the
elections are conducted in during Municipal
Elections.
