of the Republic of Azerbaijan

on the postponement of elections in Kommuna municipality of Tovuz region within the territory of Tovuz-Gazakh-Aghstafa Constituency Election Commission # 106 related to the implementation of Municipal Elections of the Republic of Azerbaijan appointed on December 17, 2004

The Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan decides pursuant to Articles 19.4, 28.4 and 217.2 of the Election Code and Articles 3.5 and 3.6 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated on May 27, 2003:

Because of law-based consequences implied by Article 217.2 of the Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, fomed on Kommuna municipality of Tovuz region within the territory of Tovuz-Gazakh-Aghstafa Con.EC # 106 related to the implementation of Municipal Elections of the Republic of Azerbaijan appointed on December 17, 2004, elections to this municipality were postoned for the nomination of candidates and taking further activities.
