on the approval of rule for drawing lots for allocating airtime in the TV-radio broadcasts, also space in periodicals among the registered candidates, registered candidates of the political parties and blocks of political parties to conduct pre-election campaign in the Municipal Elections

The Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) decides pursuant to Articles 25.3, 28.4 of the Election Code and Articles 3.5 and 3.6 of the Law dated on May 27, 2003 on the approval and coming into force of the Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan:

Rule for drawing lots for allocating airtime in the TV-radio broadcasts, also space in periodicals among the registered candidates, political parties which candidates have been registered and blocks of political parties to conduct pre-election campaign in the Municipal
Elections shall be approved.
