on the approval of the Rule for collecting information on the amount and source of income, property of the candidate to the municipality membership

The Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) decides pursuant to Articles, 25.3, 28.4, of the Election Code and Articles 3.5 and 3.6 of the Law dated on May 27, 2003 on the approval and coming into force of the Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan:

Rule for collecting information on the amount and source of income, property of the candidate to the municipality membership shall be approved.
