DECISION
of the Central Election Commission
of the Republic of Azerbaijan

on the approval of Instruction on the rules for opening special election accounts and conducting registration, rule of account , also entering and expenditure of the funds to the election fund of the candidates, registered candidates, political parties and blocks of political parties in the Municipal Elections

The Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) decides pursuant to Articles, 25.3, 28.4, of the Election Code and Articles 3.5 and 3.6 of the Law dated on May 27, 2003 on the approval and coming into force of the Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan:
Instruction on the rules for opening special election accounts and conducting registration, rule of account , also entering and expenditure of the funds to the election fund of the candidates, registered candidates, political parties and blocks of political parties in the Municipal Elections shall be approved.
