on the approval of Instruction on the rules for formation voters initiative groups and nominating candidates in the Municipal Elections of the Republic of Azerbaijan

The Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) decides pursuant to Articles 25.3, 28.4 of the Election Code and Articles 3.5 and 3.6 of the Law dated on May 27, 2003 on the approval and coming into force of the Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan:

The Instruction on the rules for formation voters initiative groups and nominating candidates in the Municipal Elections of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall be approved.
