of the Republic of Azerbaijan

on the approval of rule for drawing lots for allocating airtime in the TV-radio broadcasts or space in periodicals among the registered candidates to conduct pre-election campaign

The Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) decides pursuant to Articles 25.2.10, 25.3, 77-78, of the Election Code and Articles 3.5 and 3.6 of the Law dated on May 27, 2003 on the approval and coming into force of the Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan:

Rule for drawing lots for allocating airtime in the TV-radio broadcasts or space in periodicals among the registered candidates to conduct pre-election campaign shall be approved.
