The Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan decides pursuant to Article 28.2 of the Election Code:

The Calendar Plan for the main activities and measures for the conduct of by-elections in Nizami first Con.EC # 24, Sabail Con.EC # 29 and Khanlar-Dashkesen Con.EC # 101 in the elections to Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan on October 19, 2004 shall be approved.
