Commission of Republic of Azerbaijan

L I S T
of the documents that approves the personality of citizens having suffrage of the
Republic of Azerbaijan and used in the election process pursuant to the
Article # 1.1.25 of “Election Code” of the Republic of Azerbaijan

1. The citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan having suffrage within the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall use the documents indicated below in the election process:
- ID card of the citizen of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
- former USSR passport;
- form # 9.

2. The military person in real term military service or temporary term military service shall use the documents indicated below in the election process:
- ID card of officer;
- military servant identification card.

3. The citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan, having suffrage, living outside the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall use the documents indicated below in the election process:
- citizen passport;
- service passport;
- diplomatic passport.

4. If refugees and internally displaced persons (IDP) don’t have the ID card specified in item #1 of the list, then they shall vote by the IDP cards prepared in the form specified by the State Committee on Refugees and IDPs of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
5. Usage of documents other than specified above in the election process are unacceptable.
