registered candidate to presidency while using airtime
on channels of Sate TV of the Republic of Azerbaijan,
SPACE and ANS

The Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) d e c i d e s pursuant to Article 28.2 of the Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan:

The issue of appealing to the Court on the cancel of registration pursuant to Article 113.1 of the Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan related to the offend and aspersions of other candidates by Mr. Hafiz Alamdar oghlu Hajiyev, registered candidate to presidency while using airtime on channels of Sate TV of the Republic of Azerbaijan, SPACE and ANS shall be postponed for the one of following sessions.
