of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan on organization of examination of election document drafts related to the Presidential Elections of the Republic of Azerbaijan

The Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) d e c i d e s pursuant to item #3 of Article 28 of the Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan:

Law Department of CEC Secretariat shall be authorized with legal examination of instructions and methodical directions related to the Presidential Elections of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
