The Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) d e c i d e s pursuant to Article 28.2 of the Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan:

Complains # 573, 591, 592, 593, 594, 595, 596, 597, 598 and 599 entered CEC related to the Presidential Elections of the Republic of Azerbaijan on October 15, 2003 shall be investigated by commissioners on the spot.
